Roger Baston Obituary
Roger Baston, 79 passed away on the morning of August 8, 2024 in Readfield, where he had been living for the past several years.
Born on June 3, 1945, he was raised in Sanford, Maine where he lived until meeting his Di late in life and moving to Whitefield, Maine.
He retired from the Air National Guard after 26 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Di before she passed in 2023, playing cards, walking, canoeing and gardening.
Roger is survived by sons, Matthew and wife Amanda, and Eli and wife Becka; step-children, Paul and Kate Hayford; sister, Cynthia Lawrence; grandchildren, Ian Baston, Charlotte Baston, Bryce Dickinson, Ruby, Packer, Grady Hayford, Gavin Hayford, and Lilia Peters; and great-grandchild, Calder.
Roger will be laid to rest privately with his loving wife Di.
