February 15, 2021 9:22 PMDear Camerons--Cindy and I were so sorry to learn that your Dad passed away. He was, without a doubt, one of the kindest, gracious and genuine people that we have ever known. Add modest to that too --- to see all he accomplished in his rich life is amazing. He served so many students over the decades, making huge impact as those students made choices about their futures---guidance and advice that would have no doubt been straight from his huge heart. What a tremendous legacy.
Mom and Dad were so lucky to have been friends with your Mom and Dad for 30+ years in Chamberlain, sharing too many good times to count. We too were so fortunate to get to know and spend time with them. Sending our deepest sympathies to you all.

February 3, 2021 7:56 PMWhat a great human being! I only knew Phil at Winslow High School and he was sincere, caring and always was an advocate for the kids! Thanks for the great legacy that you have left to our Black Raider community and to your family!

January 31, 2021 6:50 PMMy wife, Jo Ann and I knew the entire Cameron family very well, Our seven children either graduated or were within a year or two of a Cameron graduate. As a teacher at WHS I worked with and got to know Phil very well after he and Annette came to Winslow from Madawaska, which became a bit of a trend for a few years !
Not only did I work with Phil at WHS, but his lovely wife, Annette, worked at the Waterville Savings Bank with my wife, Jo Ann, for a number of years !
The very positive adjectives that have been used in all the tributes thus far are right on target for Phil. For myself, I would say that his high moral character, his friendliness, his humility, his willingness to listen, his devotion to his faith, his devotion to his family and his love and caring for Annette are my top choices.
Phil, you are now reunited with Annette for that first dance In Heaven ! RIP

January 29, 2021 6:18 PMMy wife and got acquainted with your parents at Saint Patrick Church. We enjoyed them immensely. Your mother was such sweet gentile lady, always with a welcoming smile on her face. Your dad was one of the kindest fair minded man, I’ve ever known.
May the Lord bring you peace in knowing they’re together again
