Patricia A. Frey, 75 of Bristol, passed away on the evening of July 25, 2026.  She was born on June 5, 1951 in Damariscotta, a daughter of the late Kenton and Eleanor (Benner) Carter.

She was a lifelong homemaker, and enjoyed going out to eat and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by several aunts and uncles.

Patricia is survived by her husband of more than 55 years, James Frey of Bristol; her sister, Linda Kelsey and husband Lewis of South Bristol; a nephew, Lewis Kelsey and wife Michele and their children Hannah and Garrett of Nantucket, MA; a niece, Heather Santiago and husband Joe and their children Kelsey,Sydney and Kirsten of Bedford, NH; and many cousins.

Services will be at the convenience of her family.  Interment will be at a later date in the Bristol Mills Cemetery.  Should friends so desire, donations may be made in Patricia’s memory to either: Miles Memorial Hospital League, PO Box 503, Damariscotta, ME 04543; or the Maine Cancer Foundation, 170 US Route 1, Suite 250, Falmouth, ME 04105.
