He is survived by six children, Rose Parlin and her husband Edward of Jefferson, Joyce Grover and her significant other Reggie Knowels of Fairfield, Mary LaCroix and her husband Mark of Peru, ME, Clayton Grover of Pennsylvania, William Grover and his wife Kim of Wisconsin, and James Grover and his wife Michele of Newcastle; three siblings, Shirley Bailey, Ann Merry and Herbert Grover; 22 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; many nieces and nephews; as well as his extended BIW family.
