Mildred Dadmun Obituary

Mildred Louise Dadmun, 89, of Passadumkeag, Maine, formerly of Newcastle, entered into eternal rest on July 9, 2019.  Born on February 12, 1930 in Edgecomb, she was the daughter of Calvin Whitman Delano and Laura Emma Pitcher. Mildred had nine siblings, all who predeceased her.  

Mildred graduated from Lincoln Academy in 1949, and married Joseph B. Shattuck on June 12, 1949.  They had six children: Henry Lee, June Elizabeth, Pamela Ann, Patricia Dawn, William Delano; and was predeceased by an infant son, David Whitman Shattuck.  Mildred also had seven grandchildren: Christine Theresa Bourque, Jennifer June Clark, Andrew Maniscalco III, Ameila Rachael Maniscalco, Audra Juliette Maniscalco, Haley Joseph Raymond and Crispin David Raymond; eight  great -grandchildren: Camiesha Terry, Kailey May, Abbygail Grace, Briana Rose McFadden, Mallory and Jordan Cripps,and David Jackson Jr.; one great-great grandchild: Avery June Wilson; as well as two favorite nephews: David Delano and Luke Delano.  

At Mildred’s request, there will be no formal service.  She will be laid to rest privately in the Sheepscot Cemetery.
